1. Introduction

Welcome to Pink Panda! We provide marketing strategy, content creation, and social media management services for service-based businesses. By using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Services

• We act as your outsourced marketing department, handling strategy, content creation, social media management, and marketing touchpoints.

• All payments for our services are made upfront, either for one-time services (Accelerator) or on a rolling retainer basis.

• We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing efforts, as performance depends on various factors, including client cooperation and market conditions.

3. Payment & Cancellation

• Upfront Payments: Payments are required at the start of service. Retainers are billed at the start of each month.

• Cancellations: Clients must provide a 30-day notice for cancellation. Upon cancellation, all hosted web assets (quizzes, forms, free downloads) will be removed. Clients retain access to their existing content.

• Refunds: We do not provide refunds. If a client is dissatisfied, we will review concerns and work towards a resolution.

4. Content Ownership & Usage

• Pink Panda retains ownership of all content created. Clients are granted a license to use this content for their business as long as they work with us.

• Upon service termination, clients can continue using existing content in good faith but may not rebrand it under another company’s name or resell it.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide necessary information, approvals, and timely responses for us to deliver services effectively.

• Failure to provide required input may impact the effectiveness of our services.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• Pink Panda is not responsible for any negative engagement, public backlash, or reputational issues arising from social media content.

• We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or business growth.

• Clients accept that marketing involves external factors beyond our control.

7. Disputes & Legal Action

• Any disputes should be addressed through direct communication with us first.

• In case of unresolved issues, disputes will be handled under UK law.
